Selong Selo is proud to provide employment to a team of over 200 staff.  We currently have over 60 full-time employees, in addition to a large number of part-time staff and vast team of contractors, all working together to ensure that the quality standards and deadlines of the development are kept on target.

Andrew Corkery Founder

Andrew has been working in banking and finance since 1999 in London, Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore for international investment banks before leaving in 2010 to concentrate on the Selong Selo development and other investments regionally.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Economics and a Masters in Applied Finance.

Greg Williams Group General Manager

Greg is an international hotelier with more than 20 years of management experience in luxury resorts. Developing and managing award winning Laucala Island in Fiji, Bedarra Island in Australia, and several other award winning luxury resorts in the Maldives, Cambodia and The Cook Islands have given him fruitful experience that he is contributing to Selong Selo.

Greg Coventry Head of Projects

Greg has been professionally involved in the business of General and Project Management for over 3 decades, with proven success in the development and management of projects in Australia, Thailand, Singapore, and Indonesia and most recently on Sumba Island with the completion of Nihiwatu Resort and Spa, which was just awarded the “Number One Resort in the World 2016”.

Cris Cadiz Assistant Head of Projects

Cris, originally from the Philippines and now living permanently with us in Lombok has a wealth of international engineering experience, and is a qualified plumber! Cris’s work ethic, experience and passion for the project make him a key member of our team.

Santi Karen Head of Accounting & Tax

Santi brings an abundance of Tax and Accounting expertise from her time in the Oil and Gas industry based in Jakarta. She graduated from IIU with a Degree in Accounting in 2003 with honours. She is an avid traveller and great supporter of the local community.

Ricardo Kiabeda Head of Legal & Compliance

Ricardo brings a wealth of property law experience to the group. He has previously worked with large Indonesian property developers in Bali and holds a law degree and a Masters of Notary.

Simon Dunn Financial Controller

Simon has been based in Bali, Indonesia for 15 years and has worked as a financial controller for villa management companies including Exotiq and consulted for many well-known resorts including, Sentosa Seminyak, Layar Boutique villas, Elysian Villas and Ocean Outrigger Legian. He also has a strong background in management, Human Resources, IT and hotel operations. Since joining, he has been instrumental in the implementation and streamlining of processes and cost control implementation.

Benidektus Widyawan MEP Engineer

Beni has had many years experiences in construction, maintenance & repair of building, hotels, and villas. His previous projects include The Sofitel Seminyak, St. Regist Nusa Dua (construction for mock up villas), The Bale Nusa Dua managed by Lifestyle Retreats, and many more.  Beni’s philosophies for success are “hard work, positive attitude and mind, being teachable & willing to learn, and pray more….. “.

Dedy Pradipta Architect

Dedy is our design man. Having worked on many high end projects in Bali, he ensures that all of our construction drawings are kept in order and variations can be quickly and easily done on site.

Komang Wisnawa Architect

Komang is originally from Bali and has been living in Lombok for the past 2 years.  He has worked as an architect on a number of resort construction projects in Bali prior to joing the Selong Selo team in 2015. Komang is an expert in Auto Cad, Sketchup and Photoshop, and brings a wealth of design experience to the team.

Jay Jebril Senior Quality Control Manager

Jay is our Senior Quality Control Supervisor. He started in construction at 17 years old working in Bali on Luxury Villa and Bungalows. He is married with a six year old daughter and an integral part of the Selong Selo team.

Amir Uddin Senior Quantity Surveyor

Amir has 11 years of experience in project management and extensive procurement expertise. Originally from Sumbawa, he qualified in Bachelors of Engineering at Mohammadiyah University of Mataram. Amir has strong English and Bahasa Indonesia, and a sound electrical engineering background.

Rachman Lalu Head of Landscaping

Rachman, originally from East Lombok, Keruak Village has been an instrumental addition to the team. His focus is on quality control and organising the teams. He has an extensive background in hotel management, working 8 years at Puri Rinjani Hotel and also in Bali and Malaysia in advertising. His role is to maintain the Residences plant nursery where he sources and grows all the plants needed for the development.

Melissa Montgomery Regional Sales Director

Melissa is degree qualified with more than 15 years of international sales and project marketing experience. Having worked on high end projects throughout Australia, Europe, America, and South East Asia  she has personally sold close to $300 million in residential property as a licensed Real Estate Agent in Australia. Melissa is now based in Singapore and specialises in residential project marketing across the region.

Ashlie Dreves Sales & Marketing Manager Hong Kong

With an Organisational Psychology background, Ashlie has years of experience working with organisations from a range of industries across Asia Pacific to identify and address their human capital needs. Based in Hong Kong, she joined the Selong Selo team in 2016 with a focus on Organisational Development as well as Sales and Marketing.

Annalise Fleming Sales & Marketing Manager Indonesia

Originally from Queensland Australia, Annalise moved to Lombok in 2016 to join the Selong Selo team. With a PR degree and a background in communications, she is passionate in her role. Also having worked extensively in various roles within hotels, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge in the Hotel, Hospitality and Leisure industry. Her enthusiastic outlook on life and strong appetite for adventure are a great asset for the on-the-ground sales team.

Stephen Wijaya Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager

Stephen is originally from Jambi, Sumatra island. He holds a Bachelor of Marketing Communication qualification from Bina nusantara, West Jakarta. He began his work career in FedEx as Corporate communication and Starbucks as a barista in Indonesia.  Stephen joined the Sales & Marketing team in November 2016.

Kandi Srikandi Accounts Assistant

Kandi, is our accounting assistant. Originally from Pujut Sengkol where she was working in agriculture before moving into hospitality. She has grown in her role very quickly and her helpful and outgoing nature is appreciated by all.

Selong Selo’s team has been one of the key elements who motivated my choice of buying there. The team is extremely professional, transparent and dedicated to make the whole purchase process a real journey to paradise. You can feel that Selong Selo has been there for some years building up a knowledge of the region, local rules and regulations while respecting and working with the local community.  With the Company building up the roads, committing to ensure access to electricity and water, managing the after sales needs when required is definitely an added value worth the price. Talking about paradise, I fell in love with Selong Belanak area during my first trip there. The untouched views, beach, surroundings are just amazing. My only advice, take a few days to go there to understand the beauty of it.
