Selong Selo has created 2 clear options for you once you have made the decision to build your dream villa:
1. Select one of the Kayu Collection designs:
These beautiful architecturally-designed and European-manufactured off-plan villa options work perfectly for hillside living. The Kayu designs take full advantage of the uninterrupted views, with open spaces and spacious living. All you need to do is select the number of bedrooms, whether you want a pool or carpark as optional extras, and 30 weeks later you have your villa. This is the most cost effective and recommended option.

2. Bespoke Villas:
Our premium option may be more expensive but for those looking to express themselves completely you can enlist one of our recommended architects to develop your design drawings. You then have the option to elect for your architect to handle the working drawings, or you can save time and money by working closely with the SSCM on-the-ground team for all drawings. Using our recommended architect to design your villa creates evident advantages including:
Consistency: Our architects are responsible for providing bespoke designs for many of the planned villas currently under construction. Whilst we take into account each individual’s taste and preference, this helps inspire uniformity across the project.
Intimate knowledge: Having frequently visited the site our architects know each block intimately. This insight ensures a better and unique design customized to suit each block. With local industry knowledge in available materials, we provide a faster turnaround and ensure a cost-efficient and practical build.
To ensure we can market Selong Selo Residences as a fully integrated resort with consistent standards and design, we enlisted the help of respected Singapore based master planner; Sala Design. They developed a comprehensive master plan that implements certain elements for consistent design such as your entrance, common area landscaping and layout.
