Embark on a culinary journey through the archipelago with an all‑you‑can‑eat celebration of Indonesia’s most beloved regional dishes.

Enjoy 11 authentic specialties representing flavours from across the nation, served buffet‑style and grilled or prepared live in the Dining Shala.

The evening is accompanied by live Indonesian music, creating a warm and festive atmosphere throughout August.

Enjoy an all‑you‑can‑eat feast featuring 10 varieties of satay, grilled live in the Dining Shala for an authentic, flame‑kissed experience. Each selection is served with rice, penne pasta, and house‑made sauces, accompanied by the warm ambience of live acoustic music.
