Nasi Tumpeng
A sharing platter for 2 to 3 persons, Nasi Tumpeng is an Indonesian cone-shaped rice dish with side dishes of vegetables and meat originating from Javanese cuisine. Traditionally featured in the communal feast for the slamatan ceremony, the rice is made by using a cone-shaped woven bamboo container.
Our homemade Nasi Tumpeng, is served with yellow rice, beef rendang, urap, corn friiters, sate lilit, chicken rarang, eggplant, tempeh and 2 types of sambal. To finish your meal, there is also a local dessert klepon and certainly worth a savouring try. Please note that this item must be pre- ordered and not available on the daily menu at Aura.
